Eric Borgerding, Executive Vice President, Wisconsin Hospital Association
​Eric Borgerding is the Executive Vice President for the Wisconsin Hospital Association, responsible for all matters related to state political and government relations. Eric
was initially the director of legislative affairs for WHA from 1992 to 1994, returning in 2002 as vice president of government affairs. He was named senior vice president in 2003 and executive vice president in 2007.
From 1997 until his return to WHA, Eric served as director of legislative relations for the Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce, directed WMC's lobbying strategies in the areas of energy, transportation and health care. He has also served as the chief state lobbyist for the University of Wisconsin under Chancellor David Ward. Eric was also a legislative assistant to Wisconsin State Representative Tom Ourada. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin
